• 2 lbs Chicken thighs, boneless, skinless, cut into portions if needed
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup Gluten Free Low Sodium Soy Sauce
  • 1 cup Namaste or other Gluten Free Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Mrs Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning
  • 2 Tbsp Onion Powder
  • 1 Tbsp Turmeric
  • Oil as needed (see recipe instructions)


  • Take 2 eggs and scramble then mix with Soy Sauce and place chicken thigh pieces in mixture, let sit for 30 minutes to soak
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees or heat oil on stove
  • Mix all dry ingredients together in 1 Gallon Ziploc bag
  • Coat chicken pieces in dry mixture 3-4 pieces at a time
  • If cooking in oven (which I have found to be less oily) place on foil lined cookie sheet use a Misto filled with oil or Pam Spray to coat pieces with oil and then cook for 25 minutes or until done flipping pieces over half way through
  • If deep frying place in heated oil and let cook until done, place on paper towel to drain grease before serving
