  1. Cook onion in butter until soft.
  2. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, broth and milk. Cook, stirring, until thickened and smooth.
  3. Combine chicken, rice, vegetables and eggs.
  4. Stir in sauce.
  5. Pour into buttered 10x6x2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle top with crumbs.
  6. Bake at 350 °F for about 30 minutes, or until set.
  7. Cut into squares to serve. Serve with Mushroom sauce, if desired.

Mushroom sauce Edit

  1. Combine the condensed cream of mushroom soup, milk and sliced mushrooms. Heat through.
