  1. Cook sausage, onions and celery in large skillet until vegetables are tender.
  2. Pour off all but 1 tablespoon drippings from pan. Stir in rice and corn; heat thoroughly.
  3. Spoon into greased 2-quart baking dish; top with cheese.
  4. Broil until cheese melts.
