  1. Combine rice, chicken, celery, onion and bacon.
  2. Blend mayonnaise, cheese, milk, salt and pepper.
  3. Line serving plate with leafy lettuce, if desired.
  4. Spoon rice mixture in center.
  5. Arrange tomatoes and avocados spoke fashion around edge of plate.
  6. Top with dressing.
  7. Sprinkle with sprouts.
