Directions Edit

  1. Arrange greens on four salad plates.
  2. Arrange cheese in wedges and strawberries alternately on greens.
  3. Use 2 ounces of cheese and ½ cup strawberries per plate.
  4. Divide dressing between four plates and garnish with 2 tablespoons of toasted ground pecans on top of salads.
