GOUDA CHICKEN MACARONI SALAD This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Steep Estate in Elmo, Texas in 1989. 4 ounces medium shell pasta 1/2 pint cherry tomatoes cut in half 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar 2 tablespoons olive oil 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 1/2 cup cubed gouda cheese 1 cup chicken chopped Prepare pasta according to package instructions. Drain and chill. In bowl combine pasta and remaining ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate to serve later.
