A delicious hearty and satisfying main dish luncheon salad served with hot crispy French bread.
- 2 pkg. Ready Pac Baby spinach
- 2 California avocados, peeled, pitted and cut into wedges
- 2 cans solid pack Albacore Tuna, drained
- 5 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp Dijon mustard
- salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
Toss gently into salad. Taste and adjust seasoning if desired.
