This recipe came from an estate sale. I obtained it when I purchased the family collection from the Williams Estate in Tyler, Texas in 1994.

  1. Slice top of cheese round about 2 inches from top.
  2. Hollow out center forming a bowl.
  3. Combine mashed cheese with all remaining ingredients then add enough cream to obtain spreading consistency.
  4. Place mixture in shell.
  5. Serve with assorted crackers.
