Gourmet Potatoes

6 medium baking potatoes 1/2 cup butter or margarine 2 cups grated cheddar cheese 1 1/2 cups sour cream 1/4 t. pepper 1/2 t. celery salt 1/2 t. onion salt

Cook potatoes in oven with skin on. Cool. Peel and shred with a hand grater. Combine butter and cheese in large pan. heat, stirring until cheese is melted. Remove from heat and add sour cream, salt, and pepper. Fold in potatoes and spoon mixture into greased 2 quart casserole dish. Bake in a preheated 300 oven for 25 minutes.
