Ingredients
- 2 cup cooked am medium brown rice
- 1/3 cup chopped green pepper
- 1/3 cup chopped Onion
- 1/3 cup chopped celery
- 2 egg whites, beaten
- 1/3 cup am cornmeal
- 1/3 cup am oatmeal
- 1 cup am wheat germ
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- seasonings to taste
- for cooking
- 2 tbsp whole grain flour
- 2 tbsp am wheat germ
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
Directions
Combine first nine ingredients and season to taste. Mold into patties. Dust with flour and wheat germ mixture. In hot skillet brown in oil until brown on both sides.
