Grand Marnier Dip

3 egg yolks 1/4 cup plus 2 T. sugar 1/4 t. salt 1/4 cup Grand Marnier 2 cups whipping cream

Combine egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a small pan. Mix well. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, 2 to 3 minutes or until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat; stir in Grand Marnier. Let cool. Beat whipping cream until stiff peaks form; fold into Grand Marnier mixture. Cover and chill 1 to 2 hours. Serve with assorted fresh fruits. Makes 2 1/2 cups Source: Sheila Baxley
