  1. Combine Sugar, syrup, and water.
  2. Let boil a few minutes then put in peanuts and cook until the peanuts almost stop popping.
  3. Take off fire and quickly stir in soda, salt, and cardamom.
  4. Spread thinly on well greased pans and when cool break pieces and put in covered containers.
