Pretty parfaits to serve up for Christmas morning-a light, sweet and filling breakfast or brunch offering. Toasted coconut adds some tropical flair.
Ingredients[]
- 1 cup (250 ml) granola
- 1 cup (250 ml) mango (or peach) yogurt
- 1 cup (250 ml) chopped frozen mango pieces, thawed
- 1 cup (250 ml) sliced kiwi fruit
- 1 cup (250 ml) fresh strawberries, quartered
- 4 tsp (20 ml) shredded coconut, toasted

- Layer all 6 ingredients, in order given, in 4 parfait glasses.
