- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup corn syrup
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a rolling boil; boil 1 minute.
- Remove from heat, skim off foam.
- Cool and store in refrigerator.
