- 2 cups grape tomatoes
- 1 1/4 cups chopped English cucumber
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar

- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
Directions[]
- Place grape tomatoes, cucumber, and green onions in a medium bowl; toss gently to combine.
- Combine balsamic vinegar, sugar, olive oil, pepper, and salt, stirring with a whisk.
- Drizzle vinaigrette over salad; toss gently to coat.
