2 bags (12 oz each) green beans 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 1 tbs olive oil 2 shallots, sliced 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper

Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add beans, cook 5 min. or until tender. Drain beans, rinse under cold water, drain. Toast walnuts in a skillet 3 min. Remove. Heat oil in same skillet. Add shallots, saute 5 min. or until soft. Add beans, nuts, salt and pepper, toss over heat 2 min. or until hot. MAKES A GREAT SIDE DISH.
