Ingredients

  • Green Bubble Tea
    For Tapioca Pearls:
  • 3 cups water
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ½ cup raw tapioca pearls
  • For Bubble Tea:
  • 8 to 10 ice cubes
  • 1 cup green tea brewed
  • 1 cup milk of your choice
  • 2 tablespoons matcha
  • ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls

Instructions

  1. To cook tapioca pearls: In a medium saucepan, boil 6 cups of water. Once water reaches a boil, add brown sugar and mix well. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
  2. In a cocktail shaker, add ingredients except tapioca pearls. Shake well. Add tea mixture to 2 nice glasses. Add ¼ cup of cooked tapioca pearls and a thick straw per glass. Enjoy! Makes 2 bubble teas.
