Ingredients
- 3 cups water
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup raw tapioca pearls
- For Bubble Tea:
- 8 to 10 ice cubes
- 1 cup green tea brewed
- 1 cup milk of your choice
- 2 tablespoons matcha
- ½ cup cooked tapioca pearls
Instructions
- To cook tapioca pearls: In a medium saucepan, boil 6 cups of water. Once water reaches a boil, add brown sugar and mix well. Add tapioca pearls and cook for 10 minutes on medium heat, stirring occasionally. Set aside.
- In a cocktail shaker, add ingredients except tapioca pearls. Shake well. Add tea mixture to 2 nice glasses. Add ¼ cup of cooked tapioca pearls and a thick straw per glass. Enjoy! Makes 2 bubble teas.
