  1. Steam mango slices until slices are clear.
  2. Line pie plate with bottom crust.
  3. Put in mango slices.
  4. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.
  5. Dot with butter.
  6. Add top crust and make air slits.
  7. Bake at 350°F for 45 – 50 minutes.
