Ingredients[]

  • 2 lbs/1 kg pea pods
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill
  • salt


Directions[]

  1. Remove any strings from the pea pods, wash and boil in salted water.
  2. When tender, drain well.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan, add the pea pods, salt, Sugar and shake the pan a few times.
  4. Place on a plate, put chopped dill on top and serve with French toast.
