  1. Cook parsley, green pepper and Onion in butter in large skillet until tender crisp. #Add soup, 1/2 cup Cheese, half and half, garlic salt, seasoned pepper and lemon juice; heat.
  2. Stir in rice and eggs. Turn into greased shallow 2-quart baking dish.
  3. Top with remaining 1/2 cup Cheese and with breadcrumbs.
  4. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.
  5. Bake at 350 degrees 25 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
