Ingredients Edit

  • 2 lbs/1 kg pea pods,
  • 2 tablespoons butter,
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar (optional),
  • 1 teaspoon chopped dill,
  • salt,
  • French toast

Directions Edit

  1. Remove any strings from the pea pods, wash and boil in salt water. When tender, drain well.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan, add the pea pods, salt, Sugar and shake the pan a few times.
  3. Place on a plate, put chopped dill on top and serve with French toast.
