  1. In a medium bowl, combine cilantro, oil, pepper sauce, garlic and optional crushed red peppers.
  2. Add beef; toss.
  3. Alternately thread beef and bell peppers onto six (10-inch) metal skewers.
  4. Grill kebabs on medium, uncovered, 8 to 11 minutes for medium-rare to medium, turning occasionally.
  5. Salt to taste.
