A Catfish recipe.

Directions Edit

  1. Prepare a grill or preheat the broiler.
  2. Sprinkle catfish fillets with garlic salt and pepper.
  3. Place fillets on oiled grill rack or broiler pan rack.
  4. Grill or broil about 4 inches from the heat source for about 5 minutes on each side, or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  5. Place a fillet on each serving plate and spoon some fresh salsa over it.

Fresh salsa Edit

  1. Place all ingredients in a medium bowl and stir well.
  2. Let stand at room temperature for about 30 minutes before serving.
  3. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
