Grilled Chicken Cordon Bleu Sandwiches

Ingredients

• 2 slices bread
• 2 tbsp butter, softened
• 1 tbsp sour cream
• 2 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 thick slice deli cooked chicken breast meat
• 1 slice deli ham

Directions

1. Spread butter on the outsides of the bread.
2. Spread sour cream on the inside of the bread.
3. Then layer sandwich with cheese, chicken and ham.
4. In small skillet over medium heat, grill sandwich until meat is heated through and cheese has melted.
