Honey sauce Edit

  1. Heat grill.
  2. Cut chicken breasts in ½; pound to ¼" thickness.
  3. Mix honey, lemon juice and garlic in shallow baking dish.
  4. Reserve about ⅓ of marinade.
  5. Add chicken to baking dish; turn to coat.
  6. Discard marinade in dish.
  7. Grill chicken, basting with reserved marinade, 5 minutes per side.

Honey sauce Edit

  1. Blend honey and mayonnaise in small bowl. Combine well.
  2. Split rolls into halves.
  3. Top 4 bottom halves with lettuce, tomato and chicken.
  4. Drizzle honey sauce over chicken; place tops on chicken.
  5. Serve immediately.

Notes Edit

For zestier flavor, add 1 – 2 tbsp brown or Dijon mustard to honey sauce. Double or triple honey sauce to keep on hand. It's delicious on ham or turkey sandwiches or as a dipping sauce.
