  1. Salt and pepper each bird and fill cavity with ½ a jalapeño.
  2. Wrap with strip of bacon and use a toothpick to secure.
  3. Place on charcoal grill and baste with Italian dressing.
  4. Grill slowly and continue basting with dressing until birds are done.
