  1. Prepare grill.
  2. Combine first 7 ingredients.
  3. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon pepper, and garlic.
  4. Rub halibut with oil; sprinkle with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 teaspoon pepper.
  5. Place fish on grill rack; grill 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
  6. Serve with mango salsa.

Yield: 4 servings (serving size: 1 fillet and 3/4 cup salsa)
