Grilled Parmesan Herb Bread

1/2 cup butter, softened 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1 t. dried oregano 1 t. dried parsley 1 t. dried basil 1 loaf Italian bread, sliced 1 inch thick

Blend together butter, cheese and herbs; spread on both sides of bread slices. Arrange slices on broiler pan and grill until golden. Makes one loaf. Source: Christine Lennon, Tunkhannock, PA
