Directions Edit

  1. Marinate prawns in cilantro, jalapeno, lemon juice and olive oil.
  2. Thread on barbeque skewers.
  3. Combine ingredients for vinaigrette.
  4. Pour boiling water over cracked wheat in a bowl and cover.
  5. Leave for 1 hour and uncover.
  6. Fold in remaining ingredients.
  7. Serve grilled prawns on cracked wheat salad with papaya-mint vinaigrette spooned over the top.
