  1. Whisk together first 6 ingredients in shallow dish for marinade.
  2. Place mayonnaise in separate small bowl.
  3. Whisk in 1½ tablespoons marinade.
  4. Set aioli aside.
  5. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper.
  6. Place fish in marinade in dish, turning to coat evenly.
  7. Marinate 1 hour at room temperature, turning fish occasionally.
  8. oil grill rack.
  9. Prepare barbecue (medium-high heat).
  10. Grill fish to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium.
  11. Top fish with aioli and serve.
