  1. Whisk the miso paste and mirin sauce together.
  2. Place the fish in an oven-safe pan.
  3. Coat the top side of the fish with the miso/mirin mixture.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees, until the sauce is slightly caramelized.
  5. Serve with rice and fresh salad.
