  1. Cut Halloumi into 1 cm (1/2") slices. Cut tomatoes in to 1 cm (1/2") slices.
  2. Arrange a piece of Halloumi on a plate followed by a slice of tomato and a basil leaf.
  3. Repeat until you cover the whole plate in a circle. Drizzle over olive oil and season to taste.
