  1. Combine flour, sugar and salt in medium sized bowl; stir.
  2. Add remaining ingredients and mix well, forming a thin pancake-like batter (no baking powder or soda is used).
  3. Heat 2 cups vegetable oil in deep skillet until very hot.
  4. Pour one ladle full of batter into hot oil.
  5. Fry on one side until golden brown.
  6. Then turn and fry other side.
  7. Drain on paper towel.
  8. Sprinkle with granulated sugar and eat warm.
