  1. Combine rice, cream cheese, bleu Cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper, garlic powder and pepper sauce.
  2. Blend until smooth and fluffy (use food processor, blender, or electric mixer).
  3. Add pecans and chives; mix thoroughly.
  4. Divide mixture evenly and spread on Ham slices.
  5. Roll up, forming 6-inch or 4-inch rolls.
  6. Cover each Ham roll tightly with plastic wrap.
  7. Refrigerate until firm.
  8. Unwrap and slice in 1-inch pieces.
