Ham Spread

1 C ham (cooked and diced) 250 ml

1 T onion (chopped) 15 ml

1 T celery (chopped) 15 ml

2 T Mayonnaise 30 ml

2 t dry mustard 10 ml

Combine ham, onion, and celery in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth. Stir in Mayonnaise and dry mustard until well blended. Pack into bowl; chill thoroughly. Serve with crackers or tortilla chips.

Yield: 1 C (250 ml)
