Ingredients[]
- 1½ cup cubed cooked ham
- 1 cup cooked lima beans
- 1 (8 oz) can cream-style corn
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or Monterey jack)
- 2 tbsp minced onion
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ⅔ cup Bisquick baking mix
- ⅓ cup cornmeal
- 1 egg
- ¼ cup milk
Directions[]
- Heat oven to 400°F.
- Mix ham, beans, corn, cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce.
- Turn into greased 1½ quart casserole.
- Cover and bake 15 minutes.
- Mix remaining ingredients, spoon over hot meat mixture, spreading batter evenly to edge of casserole.
- Bake uncovered 20 minutes.
- Cut into wedges.
- Enjoy.
