  1. Cook onion, green pepper and mushrooms in butter until tender.
  2. Add soup and stir until smooth and hot.
  3. Blend in ham, rice, pimento and pepper.
  4. Sprinkle grated cheese over the top.
  5. Cover and simmer about 15 minutes, or until cheese is melted and ingredients are heated through.
