- 2 Lbs. Ground Round
- 4 Slices American or Mild Cheddar Cheese
- 4 Thick Slices Cooked Ham, Panfried
- 8 Slices Bacon, Cooked Until Clrisp
Thousand Island Dressing
- 4 Thick tomato Slices
- 4 Hamburger Buns
Shape Beef Into 4 Burgers. Grill Burgers Until Halfway Cooked, Turning Once, About 4 Minutes. Top With a Slice of Cheese, Then Ham, And Then 2 Pieces of Bacon, Crossed. Continue Grilling Until Medium Rare, About 2 to 6 Minutes. Serve on Bun Bottom. Spread With Thousand Island Dressing And Top With tomato Slice. Serve Open Faced.
