  1. In a skillet, brown beef, onion, green pepper and rice.
  2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is tender.
  5. Enjoy.
