  1. Fry bacon in skillet and drain.
  2. Cool; crumble into small pieces.
  3. Set aside for serving.
  4. Sauté onions in bacon grease until golden.
  5. Add garlic salt, onion salt, okra, tomatoes, Ro-tel, parsley flakes, salt and pepper.
  6. Mix well.
  7. Simmer uncovered 1½ hours.
  8. Meanwhile, prepare rice according to package directions.
  9. Serve cooked mixture over rice.
  10. Top with crumbled bacon.
