These muffins are great for someone that has wheat and dairy allergies.
- 2 cups oat bran cereal
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup skim milk or soy milk or goat milk
- 2 egg whites, slightly beaten
- ¼ cup molasses or honey
- 2 tbsp vegetable oil
- Don't mix these together too much.
- Bake at 425°F for 10 to 12 minutes.
