  1. Cut mutton in small pieces and roll into balls.
  2. Place in pot of boiling water.
  3. Add butter and simmer two hours.
  4. After you put the butter add remaining ingredients.
  5. Cook and mix often until the mixture boils again.
  6. Then roast ten minutes.
  7. Serve it very hot in rice bowls.
