  1. Chopped garlic and oil in a pan and heat till its change colour. Add the jalapeño, tomato paste, tomato juice, kosbor, krawiya, salt, bzaar and filfil ahmar. Heat for a while then add 3 cups of water. Leave for 15 minutes. Put 4 spoon of flour in a cup of water and stir. Pour the above mixture and leave for 20 minutes.
