This is really flavorful. It can be served with pineapple chunks, sliced Apples & grapes.

  1. In medium bowl, whisk pudding mix and milk until it's well blended and has pudding-like texture (about 2 minutes).
  2. Whisk in sour cream.
  3. Stir in pineapple and coconut.
  4. Stir in food coloring, if desired.
  5. Cover, refrigerate until chilled at least 1 hour.
  6. Serve with fresh fruit dippers.
