Hawaiian Pork Loin

1 pork loin roast (4 lbs.) Salt and pepper 1 can cranberry sauce, whole berry or jellied (16 oz) 1 can crushed pineapple (1 lb.) 1/4 t. nutmeg 1/4 t. ground cloves

Season roast with salt and pepper and place in crock cooker. Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pork. Cover and cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. To serve, slice between ribs and spoon sauce over each portion. Serves 5 Source: Come Into the Kitchen
