  1. Cook Sausage in 1/2 cup water about 5 minutes. Remove from water and cut in thin slices.
  2. Combine Sausage and Onion in large skillet. Cook until Onion is tender crisp. Stir in catsup, broth, mustard, soy sauce, pepper, pineapple and 1/2 cup pineapple juice. Simmer about 10 minutes.
  3. Add green pepper and cook 5 minutes longer. Serve over fluffy rice.
