- sweet and sour sauce
- 4lb clean and rinsed shrimps
- 60 oz pineapple, canned chunks with juice
- 1 lb mushrooms
- 4 red peppers
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- seasonal salts
- Sauté the shrimp in the sweet and sour sauce, along with the pineapple
- Add the rest of the ingredients and cook until the vegetables are just tender.
