Ingredients[]
- ½ cup non-fat yogurt, or sour cream
- 2 tbsp fat-free mayo
- 8 oz fat-free cream cheese softened
- 1 tsp prepared horseradish
- ½ tsp dry mustard
- ½ tsp Worcestershire sauce
- ½ tsphot pepper sauce
- 1 cup fat free cheddar cheese
- ½ lbs imitation crab, flaked
- paprika
Directions[]
- Combine yogurt, mayo, cream cheese, and seasonings.
- Mix well.
- Stir in cheddar cheese and crab.
- Cover and chill for 2 hours.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Serve with crackers, bread sticks or veggies.
