Hearty Skillet meal Serves 4
- 1 Lb. Ground Beef
- 1/4 C. Onion, Chopped
- 1/2 C. Uncooked rice
- 1 C. Diced carrots
- 1 C. Diced potatoes
- 1/2 T. garlic salt
- 1 to 1 1/2 C. water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce (optional)
- 1 T. salt or Less
- 1/4 T. pepper
Brown Beef And Onion; Drain. Stir in rice, carrots, potatoes And garlic salt. Add water, Cover And Simmer 40 Minutes. Immediately Before Serving, Stir in soy sauce, salt And pepper.
