  1. Saute the hen pieces in butter.
  2. When almost ready, add the finely chopped onion and flour, mixing continuously.
  3. Then add the halved and seeded tomatoes, paprika, salt and sugar.
  4. Cover and simmer until the tomatoes are done and the hen is tender.
  5. Do not stir during simmering.
  6. Shake the pan instead.
